ICSM can provide you with remote support on a pay as you go basis. As long as you can access the Internet, we can remotely connect to your computer and diagnose your problem. If you should choose to use this service, you should first contact ICSM via email technical@icsm.co.uk or telephone (0845 006 0 886) to ensure an engineer is available or to book a time slot. This service is charged at £25.00+vat (£29.40) per session. A session = 1 connection up to a maximum of 30 minutes. If you proceed to pay using the PayPal link you agree to the terms and conditions listed in this document.
ICSM Remote Support Terms and Conditions - You agree that ICSM are not responsible for any hardware failure to your computer by using Remote Support.
- You agree that ICSM are not responsible for any Virus, Spyware or security breach of your computer by using Remote Support.
- You agree that ICSM is not responsible for any software installed on your computer.
- You agree that the remote session paid for is a maximum of 30 minutes and that if further time is required the ICSM engineer is entitled to ask you (the client) for additional payment via the PayPal link.
- If you pay using the PayPal link without agreeing a time slot with an engineer, ICSM are entitled to keep your payment. When an ICSM engineer becomes free, they will contact you to arrange remote support at a time convenient to both parties. If a time slot cannot be agreed within 7 days ICSM are entitled to keep the payment and offer no refund.
- If we are unable to connect to your computer you will not be entitled to a refund. However we will discount a paying call out for you.
