Computer causing you a headache?
ICSM can now provide instant remote support - anywhere in the world relying simply on an Internet connection! No previous connection to a PC is needed and no software is required to be pre-installed.
Who can use it? Anyone! This service is free to all maintenance contract clients and can be used without limits. It improves both response and repair times. This remote connection not only allows ICSM to take remote control of your system, it will also perform audits which can help us make you aware of possible upgrades you may require. This service is available to new and non-maintenance clients on a pay-as-you-go basis. This dramatically reduces call-out waiting times and will benefit your productivity by reducing system down time. How does it work? Maintenance Clients: Contact an ICSM engineer by either telephone (0845 006 0 886) or email (technical@icsm.co.uk) and request a remote session. Our engineer will respond with a scheduled time for the session or arrange to contact you when available. When contacted you will be issued a username and password to login to our website (http://www.icsm.co.uk/). You will login to reveal a User Menu which has a link to Remote Support which you should click on. This will open a chat session where you should enter your name. If remote connection is required our engineer will proceed to send you a client application which you install and that is it. Our engineer can now see your desktop and attempt to resolve your issues. Non-maintenance Clients: Contact an ICSM engineer by either telephone (0845 006 0 886) or email (technical@icsm.co.uk) and request a remote session. Our engineer will respond with a scheduled time for the session or arrange to contact you when available. When contacted you will be asked to click on the PAYG Remote Support link from the main menu on our website (http://www.icsm.co.uk/). This will take you to the Pay As You Go Remote Support page. On this webpage you should see the PayPal button which will allow you to purchase a remote session using PayPal’s secure payment method (you can pay by credit card or your PayPal account if you have one). When payment is complete click on the return to ICS&M Ltd button and you will be re-directed to the chat session where you should enter your name. If remote connection is required our engineer will proceed to send you a client application which you install and that is it. Our engineer can now see your desktop and attempt to resolve your issues. |
